I have followed Jesus Christ for over 30 years of my adult life, I have read the Bible in its entirety several times, I have completed a four year 48 lesson Bible Course from Ambassador College in Pasadena, California, in September 2008 I was ordained an Elder in a local congregation here in Rensselaer, Indiana, I served there for 3 years, and in September of this year 2011, I was ordained as Pastor by Message From Above Ministries. I don’t tell you this to bring attention to myself, please give God the glory; I just want you to know my passion for Christ in being one of his disciples.
Counseling with people and hearing questions about their loved ones who didn’t know Christ in this life they will always ask, “Will my Dad be in heaven even though he never confessed Christ?” What about my son, daughter, wife, and even worse, our newborn? Some Pastors, Minister’s say emphatically yes, and others say they are doomed to Hell to be tortured forever. And why? They didn’t know and confess Jesus’ name; and that hurts me so to hear that, how horrible. But other Pastors, Ministers knowing the true love of God say, “I know God is love and surely he has a plan for those who never knew Christ in their life time”. As one lady put it when she heard that, she said, “Thank you that gives me more hope for my Dad than I’ve ever heard before.
This is the inspiration for me to start “The Message of Hope Ministry”. I pray God willing, to publish articles like this, get on the radio, wherever God leads me so I can preach this message of hope to promote what I believe is the true gospel about the total sacrifice of Jesus Christ for all of mankind. Now don’t get ahead of me here, Yes, we have to except Jesus as our personal Savior, that is scriptural, but what God through his wonderful word the Bible is showing me beyond this, is His saving grace abounds more than anyone has ever thought possible, and I truly believe this.
Let’s first look at the world around us, by most Christian standards and beliefs, there is heaven and there is a hell. If you believe in Jesus Christ and except him as your personal savior you will indeed go to heaven to be with the Lord. If you don’t except Jesus Christ as your personal Savior you will go directly to hell and be tormented forever and ever. Is this the true gospel of Christ; is this the truth about the salvation of mankind? If it is you can rest assured that God is losing the battle for the souls of mankind in this society. Is God too small and weak to save more or most of mankind or is Satan so strong God can’t compete with him? I know, it is man’s choice he will decide for himself to except Christ and go to heaven or not and go to hell. Let’s look at the Bible, God’s holy word, and not man’s opinion.
First, we all know as followers of Christ, we in this life time will never completely understand God’s mind or plan it is too much for our simple brains to understand. As Paul says in 1 Corinthians 13:9, “ we know in part, and we prophesy in part, verse 10, but when that which is perfect is come, (Jesus Christ’s 2nd coming), then that which is in part shall be done away.” When Christ returns we will really understand what it is all about. We will see the whole plan of God and understand it completely. But, by using his loving words from the Bible and following the lead of God’s Holy Spirit I believe we can get a general direction of what God is doing to save all of mankind, that’s right, all of mankind even the worst sinner there ever was or is.
In the book of John, he writes, the next day John (the Baptist) saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.” John 1:29. Did he say “takes away the sin of the world? Yes he did. The sin of the world, then if Christ’s sacrifice was for all the sin of the world doesn’t that mean the world is sinless if Christ bore them for us? Yes it does! The key is in understanding God’s master plan and at the right time all sin will be wiped away because of Jesus’ sacrifice. (Note: Please don’t misunderstand me here; there is sin in this world). As Romans 3:23 clearly states, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”, But when we except Jesus as our personal Savior in this life, or in the Kingdom Age to come, or the Last Great Day festival, Christ’s sacrifice will pay for our sin, and for all of mankind’s sin. Then all sin at the end of the Age sin will be place on the head of Satan the Devil were it originated and sin will be removed from the earth forever. Please read the article on this website, “God’s Mater Plan of Salvation for all of mankind”. Ok, this is one scripture so maybe I am taking it out of context and it really doesn’t mean that. In John 4 verse 39, the Samaritan woman who was a sinner due to adultery was telling others about her discussion with Jesus, “Many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony. “He told me everything I did”, so when the Samaritans came to him they urged him to stay with them and Jesus stayed two days. Verse 42, “We no longer believe just because of what you said; (the lady) now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world”. Again the Samaritans called Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. Well ok that is two scriptures that say that, it can’t be possible for Christ to save the whole world, can it?
Here are more scriptures talking about Christ being the Savior of the world, please check each and every one of them. Read the whole chapters.
Romans 3: 23-24 “For all have sinned and fall sort of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.” I Timothy 2:3 “This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth, For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men-the testimony given in its proper time.” My question, is “the testimony given in its proper time” now, 2011? I john 2:2 “He, (Jesus) is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, (Christians of today) and NOT only ours but also for the sins of the whole world.” (He is paying for the Christians today and for others later, the whole world. Parentheses mine). Jesus says himself, John 12: last part of verse of 47, “For I did not come to judge the world, but to SAVE it.” Romans 11, please read, Paul spoke of a time when ALL of the Old Testament Israel will be saved in the resurrection. In 1Corithians 15, (the resurrection chapter please read the whole chapter) Paul says, verse 22, “for as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 2 Corinthians 5:21 “God made him(Christ) who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him (Christ) we might become the righteousness of God.” Christ died for us, each and every human on the face of this earth. From Adam until his magnificent return to finish the work of saving Christians today and then all of mankind later. (John 12:32), “But I, (Jesus speaking) when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself”. James 1:18, “He (God), chose to give us birth, (Christian’s in this Age) through the words of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created”.
Think about this, what about all of mankind who lived before Christ? What about all the peoples who have never heard the word of Christ back then and now? Will God condemn them to Hell because they hadn’t heard the words of Christ and accepted him? Does this sound like a fair all loving creator, only a specific few will make it. Isn’t God better than this? Isn’t He bigger than this? Of course he is. Satan has wonderfully watered down the true sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; he has perverted it to the point where even a lot of Christians of today don’t believe they will make it. Remember brothers and sisters in Christ HE Paid for the death penalty for you!
By the sacrifice of our Loving Lord and Savior I am here to say he will save you from death and the Devil, as in 1 Cor. 15 says “as in Adam all die, so in Christ (that same all) will be made alive.” Christ died for the sins of the world. My Savior can save the world, can yours? What most Christians don’t understand is the plan of God in saving all of mankind, it’s not just go to Heaven go to Hell, it is a wonderful plan, once we understand the whole plan of God it gets very easy to see how God through the sacrifice of our Lord our Savior and soon coming King Jesus Christ will save all of mankind.
Again, It is a process that “the ones who except Christ today before his 2nd coming” will have the opportunity in bringing all of mankind back to our wonderful Savior and our Father. Those who accept Christ now as it says in 1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” Who are these? 1 Corinthians 15:23 “But each in his own turn, (Do you see the order, the procession) parentheses mine, Christ the first fruits, then when he comes, those who belong to him”. (The church). And after that, As Paul puts it so nicely in Philippians 2:9-11 “Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, (that’s all who have lived and died), and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” With all of this evidence presented here, Please come and except Christ as your personal Savior, as Peter in starting the Church said so eloquently, in Acts 2:38 and it still applies today, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Come be a partaker with Christ in saving the rest of mankind now and then after his 2nd coming in the Kingdom Age and beyond. Thank You for listening, God Bless each and every one of you, and I hope and pray that God’s final scripture here has a bigger, newer meaning than ever before in your life, it does for me: John 3:16-17, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” Mankind has a Big Savior, Mankind has a mighty Savior, and his name is Jesus Christ! This is why we are called “The Message of Hope Ministry”; bringing hope to ALL of mankind.
Halleluiah Christ reigns forever and ever! Praise God! Pastor Mark
